The Credit Information module manages two-way exchange of data with credit reference agencies, including Experian and CallCredit. Outbound, it shares performance data with the bureau as required by industry data-sharing schemes. Inbound, it consumes credit bureau data on each account, with that data flowing directly into the NEXUM workflow decision engine to determine the next action.
