NEXUM HMLR

The HMLR module automates exchange with HM Land Registry. NEXUM generates property and ownership searches against accounts in line with configured rules, receives the returned data and populates it against the relevant account. That information then flows into the workflow decision engine and, if installed, the scoring module.
