Overview

DCA Connect exchanges data with Debt Collection Agencies that also use NEXUM. The module allows you to send new instructions, send and receive updates on activities and payments, and refer accounts to DCAs based on configurable business rules. The purpose is to ensure DCAs are collecting amounts due in line with expectations and that you have an up-to-date view of how cases are progressing.
